Tour Reservation

• A non – refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount per package per person at the time of booking. Another 50% to be made 2 weeks before traveling prior to departure.

Payment

• On behalf of North – Siam Travel Company. Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Account No. 507-263916-0 or Bangkok Bank Saving Account Name Duangsiri Wiangkum Account No. 537-0-35773-2
• The money transfer receipt bill must be providing by fax to 053 – 740095 or e-mail at northsiamtravel@hotmail.com for payment confirmation.
• The invoice receipt will be delivered to customers prior to departure.

Tour Price

Inclusive

• Meal as indicated in the Package
• Hotel with breakfast which following the detail of each package
• Transportation and admission fee as indicated in the package.
• English speaking Guide
• Immigration fee to Myanmar for Tour code: NSCR 03
• Travel Life insurance (AIG) during the tour.

Non – Inclusive

• Other expenses such as drinks, food, telephone call, laundry and personal expenses
• Tip for guide and driver

Rate

• Rate depends on activities and type of hotel where guest choose***

Service Condition

• No – refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED services.
• Postponements or changes notice must be provided by North – Siam Travel due to bad weather or high water in which risks is unavoidable.

Cancellation

• 20% of payment is charged for 30 – 21 day cancellation prior to departure.
• 50% of payment is charged for 20 – 15 days cancellation prior to departure.
• 100% of payment is charged for 14 – 8 days cancellation prior to departure.

Remark

• The operator may cancel, interrupt or delay operation without being liable commendation in the case of following: Acts of God, fire, flood, storms, un-navigable waters, government rulings, war and war like actions, riots, labour stoppages or any other cause or circumstance beyond the operator’s responsibility and control.
• The operator reserves the right to amend the above general conditions at any time with out prior notice.
